COMMISSIONS,  PURCHASES,   AND RETURNS

All of the works displayed in the Gallery and In-Process sections of this site are available for purchase unless otherwise noted. Prices shown do not include packing, shipping, and/or insurance costs (which can be discussed and settled prior to purchase). However, I’m happy to personally deliver any piece within 150 miles of Huntsville, Alabama which is sold at $2,500.00 or higher. Actually, for the sake of the sculpture, I'd prefer to do so. My wife and I enjoy road trips.

Concerning commissions, it would be my pleasure to discuss any sculpture ideas you might have in mind. Sculpture creation is limited only by our imaginations, and to that I say, let’s never choose to limit ourselves. I’m currently working on a life-sized seven and a half foot Atlantic Blue Marlin, which is being carved in relief on a nine foot 5,000 pound slab of Indiana limestone. I hope to complete it within the next few months, at which point, it will be available for acquisition. It’s pictured on the In-Process page of this website.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with any sculpture purchased from me, I remain happy to accept it back as a return, provided, of course, that it is undamaged and unaltered in any way, and so long as the return is completed within thirty (30) days from the date the piece is delivered to you. Return packing, shipping, and insurance costs must be borne by you and prepaid prior to your shipment of the return. Once the piece is received by me, inspected, and found to be in its original, undamaged,

and unaltered condition, your purchase price will be happily and promptly refunded.

Each and all of my stone creations are original works of art, even though some of them (such as, for example, my "Jurassic Bling'' and "Jurassic" collections) have similar characteristics. None of them have been created from the use of any cast, mold, or other duplication process, and each of them is, in its own right, one-of-a-kind.
